S.A.G.E. stands for Strategic Accelerator Growth Engine. It's the complete growth architecture we build for women-led small businesses — connecting your tech stack, your operations, your automations, and your brand presence into one intelligent ecosystem.
It's not a website. It's not a CRM. It's not a content package. It's the connective tissue that makes all of those things work together so your business runs whether you're in the room or not.
Core frameworkIt depends on which phase you're in and how you want to work together. Some clients do a done-for-you build — we architect and implement everything, then hand it off. Others prefer an ongoing done-with-you relationship where we meet monthly, review your systems, and keep things growing.
Our best results come from long-term partnerships. A system that's built and never maintained is a system that eventually breaks. We'd rather be the partner you call before things break.
The S.I.P. Method is how the S.A.G.E. System gets delivered. It's three phases: Stabilize, Implement, Present.
No. The S.A.G.E. audit tells us exactly where you are — and you enter the system at the phase that matches your reality.
The audit is always where we begin — it's how we know where to start.
Done-for-you: We build everything. You review and approve. This is for founders who want to hand off the technical implementation completely and focus on their work.
Done-with-you: We meet monthly (sometimes bi-weekly), review your strategy, give you the roadmap, and you or your team execute. This is for founders who want to stay hands-on and learn the system as they build it.
Both approaches deliver the same S.A.G.E. infrastructure — the difference is who's doing the building.
We work with established women-led small businesses — typically:
The through line is this: you have a real offer, real clients, and a business that's ready to scale — but your systems haven't kept up with your growth.
Healthcare-specific AI agent infrastructure — including HIPAA-compliant builds, Google Vertex AI workflows, and governed agentic systems — is handled through our sister company, Neuroaesthetic Agentics.
Ceyise Studios works with health and wellness coaches, integrative practitioners, and wellness-adjacent businesses that don't require HIPAA-regulated infrastructure. If you're a licensed medical practice, we'll point you in the right direction.
It depends on the phase and scope, but here are general timelines:
Done-with-you engagements move at your pace. Done-for-you moves faster because we're driving.
We keep our client roster intentionally small. Deep work requires focused attention — we don't scale by taking on more clients, we scale by building better systems for fewer people.
This means when you work with Ceyise Studios, you're working with Dr. Stacey directly — not handed off to a junior team member or a generic process.
The AI audit is a diagnostic review of your entire business across three dimensions:
The audit produces a clear map of where you are across all three S.I.P. phases and exactly what needs to be built or fixed. It's the foundation of every S.A.G.E. engagement.
Starting point for all engagementsNo. If you don't have GoHighLevel, we set it up for you as part of the Stabilize phase. If you already have it but it's a mess, we audit and clean it up.
GoHighLevel is our recommended platform for most clients because it consolidates CRM, email, SMS, calendaring, funnels, forms, and automation into one system — replacing up to six separate tools. But the right tech stack depends on your specific situation, which is why we audit first.
An AI digital twin is a hyper-realistic AI-generated version of your likeness — trained on your facial structure, wardrobe, and lighting so it looks like you at your best. It's used to generate cinematic content, brand imagery, and website visuals without requiring you to be on camera.
You don't need one to work with us — it's part of the Present phase and available as a standalone module once your systems are stable. But once you have it, it's a significant competitive advantage: consistent, high-quality visual presence without constant content creation.
Phase 3 — PresentAn AI intake agent is an intelligent, conversational AI built on your voice, your offers, and your FAQs. It handles first-touch inquiries 24/7 — qualifying leads, answering questions, and booking appointments directly into your calendar without any human intervention.
Think of it as a front desk that never sleeps, never has a bad day, and never misses a lead. Our agent infrastructure is built on Google Vertex AI and n8n automation workflows. This capability is currently in active development and will be available to CS clients in Q4 2026.
Coming Q4 2026Submit the S.A.G.E. System application on our homepage. The application asks about your business, where you are right now, and what your biggest bottleneck is. It takes about 5 minutes.
We personally review every application. If it's a strong fit, we'll be in touch within 48 business hours to schedule a strategy session — a working call where we map your system before any commitment is made.
Apply NowHere's exactly what to expect:
If the timing or fit isn't right, we'll tell you honestly — and if there's a better starting point (like a free resource or a later phase), we'll point you there.
Honestly, probably not yet — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money and underdeliver.
The S.A.G.E. System is built for founders with an established offer and existing clients who need to scale. If you're still figuring out what you sell or who you serve, the first step is clarity on your offer — not a CRM build.
The best thing you can do right now is get our free guide — 3 Steps to Grow Your Business with AI — and revisit us when you have clients and a clear offer. We'll be here.
Engagement terms are discussed during the strategy session and vary based on scope and delivery mode. Done-for-you projects are typically project-based. Done-with-you relationships are typically month-to-month after an initial period.
We don't trap people in contracts they can't exit. We believe if the work is delivering value, clients stay. If it's not, a contract shouldn't be the reason they're still here.
Still have questions?
Apply and ask us directly. The strategy session is a real working conversation — not a pitch. Bring your questions, your chaos, and your vision. We'll bring the map.
