General Policy
Licensing artwork, digital architecture, branding assets, and media from CEYISE STUDIOS® (Ceyise Studios L.L.C.) is subject to these Terms.
Terms & Conditions
Agreement Scope:
By obtaining a license, you (“Licensee”) agree to all stated terms governing usage rights, credit, duration, and compliance for our intellectual property.
Grant of License:
Licenses are granted as either exclusive or non-exclusive, as specified in your agreement.Permitted use cases (e.g., print, digital, merchandise, packaging) are detailed in each license agreement. Any additional use requires written authorization.Territory and duration restrictions are specified in writing.No transfer of copyright or ownership. The Licensee receives defined usage rights only; all other rights reserved by CEYISE STUDIOS®.
Compensation (Royalties/License Fees):
Licensee agrees to pay all royalties or license fees as specified in the licensing agreement.Payment structure (schedule, method) is stated in each license.
Credit & Attribution:
Credit must be given as “CEYISE STUDIOS®” or as otherwise specified (e.g., on product, packaging, or within publications: © CEYISE STUDIOS®). Additional attribution terms are stated in each license.
Usage Restrictions:
No modifications, adaptations, or derivative works unless explicitly permitted by written agreement.Artwork may not be used in defamatory, illegal, or discriminatory contexts.Products or contexts must not misrepresent Ceyise Studios’ intent, message, or brand aesthetic.
Licensed assets (including neuroaesthetic designs, diagrams, and branding) may not be used in connection with unverified medical claims, pseudoscience, or in any context that violates healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, FTC). Ceyise Studios reserves the right to immediately terminate any license if the usage threatens the clinical integrity of our affiliated medical brands.
Quality Control:
Licensee must uphold high-quality standards. For physical goods, Licensee must submit samples or proofs for CEYISE STUDIOS® approval before large production. For digital assets (such as branding, logos, or web architecture), Licensee must not distort, compress, or alter the provided files and must adhere to our provided Brand Guidelines.
Termination:
Licensing can be terminated for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of artwork—with notice as described in the individual contract. Licensee must remove the art from all uses within 30 days of termination.
Indemnification:
Licensee holds CEYISE STUDIOS® harmless for all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from unauthorized or improper use of licensed artwork.
Agreement Scope:
This policy also governs inter-company licensing agreements, including assets created by CEYISE STUDIOS® for use by affiliated entities such as The Neuroaesthetic MD™ and Dr. Stacey Denise, ensuring clear intellectual property boundaries between the creative studio and the medical practice.
Additional Terms:
Special adaptations or project-specific terms are agreed upon in each finalized license agreement.
