Custom Architecture & Code: For digital architecture and web design clients, CEYISE STUDIOS^® retains the copyright to all custom code, backend workflows, and proprietary system frameworks developed during the project. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered website for its intended business purpose, but may not resell, duplicate, or syndicate the underlying architectural framework without explicit written permission.

Product & Service Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in content, descriptions, pricing, and stock status, but do not warrant that all information is error-free.Product images reflect our best effort but color, size, or appearance may vary slightly due to display or as inherent to custom, handmade, or limited-edition goods.We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time and to cancel/refund mistaken orders.

Client Services, Web Design & Digital Architecture
In addition to retail products, Ceyise Studios L.L.C. provides custom digital architecture, web design, and branding services ("Client Services").
* Independent Contracts: All Client Services are governed by a specific, separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by the client. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a signed MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
* Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, copy, and approvals in a timely manner. Ceyise Studios is not liable for project delays caused by client inaction.
* No Guarantees of Financial Outcome: While our digital systems are designed for growth, we do not guarantee specific financial results, conversion rates, or patient/client acquisition metrics.
* Software & Subscriptions: CEYISE STUDIOS® builds upon third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, WordPress). Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own ongoing software subscription costs, domain renewals, and platform compliance after project handover.

Orders & Payment

All purchases require payment in full at checkout using approved payment methods.By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of our terms.

Shipping, Delivery & Digital Fulfillment

Physical products are shipped via reputable carriers and/or our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful).Shipping fees, methods, and timeframes vary by product and delivery location.We are not responsible for delays outside our control (including carrier delays, customs, and force majeure events).Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided; please ensure yours is accurate.Risk of loss for digital goods passes to you upon delivery; please download promptly and retain backup copies.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Each artwork and decor item is uniquely crafted; returns or refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, as all custom work is final sale.All digital and virtual products (downloads, guides, courses, etc.) are non-refundable.Claims for damaged or defective items (physical goods) must be submitted within 30 days with supporting photographic evidence.Printful and partner production terms apply for apparel, home decor, and merchandise.Texas and US federal law provide certain implied warranties unless explicitly disclaimed (“as is” sales permitted).See our Warranty & Refund Policy for specifics.

Custom Client Services, including but not limited to digital architecture, web design, and CRM implementation, are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced due to the unrecoverable cost of our time, expertise, and labor.

User Accounts & Security

Registration may require accurate personal information and a password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.You agree not to share your login with others, and to notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

User Conduct & Content

You may not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, nor content that promotes harm or discrimination.You must not upload content containing viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or harm our site or users.We may moderate or remove content at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability
