CEYISE STUDIOS® WARRANTY, REFUND & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
GENERAL POLICY
Ceyise Studios® is a digital architecture studio and creative publisher. We are committed to delivering rigorous, high-trust digital systems, publications, and products. This policy applies to all web design services, branding, digital architecture, books, music, artwork, and physical merchandise created and executed by Ceyise Studios™.
DIGITAL ARCHITECTURE, BRANDING & WEB DESIGN SERVICES
Ceyise Studios serves as the digital architect and executing design studio for brands, including Dr. Stacey Denise and The Neuroaesthetic MD™.
Intellectual Property Ownership: All logos, branding, website architecture, backend workflows, custom graphics, and code designed by Ceyise Studios remain the sole, exclusive intellectual property of Ceyise Studios®.
Licensing: Clients (including affiliated brands) are granted usage rights strictly governed by a separate, specific Licensing Agreement. Commissioning a website or brand identity does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying architecture.
Refunds: Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of digital architecture and design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless explicitly outlined in a separate service contract.
BOOKS, MUSIC, ARTWORK & LICENSING
Ceyise Studios acts as a publisher for various media, including books, music, and original artwork.
All original media is protected by U.S. copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and, where applicable, the Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA).
Purchasing a physical or digital copy of a book, album, or artwork grants you ownership of that specific physical/digital copy for personal use only. It does not grant copyright, reproduction, or commercial rights.
Commercial use, reproduction, exhibition, or broadcast of any Ceyise Studios media requires explicit written permission and a formal Licensing Agreement. We reserve all moral rights, including protection from unauthorized modification or distortion.
DIGITAL & VIRTUAL PRODUCTS
All digital downloads and virtual products (including but not limited to PDFs, digital guidebooks, templates, and online courses) are strictly non-refundable due to their intangible nature and the immediate, irrevocable access provided upon purchase.
Please review all product descriptions carefully to ensure the item meets your needs before checking out.
In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., a corrupted file or failure of download delivery), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist with restoring access or resending the product.
PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE & PRINT-ON-DEMAND (PRINTFUL)
For physical merchandise (apparel, stationery, home decor) fulfilled via our printing partners, the following production and fulfillment policies apply:
Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be filed within 30 days of delivery. You must include clear photographic evidence. Eligible items will be replaced or refunded.
Buyer’s Remorse: Because all merchandise is custom-made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Lost in Transit: If an order is undeliverable due to carrier error, we will arrange reshipping where possible.
Sealed Goods: For hygiene and safety, certain sealed goods (e.g., face masks) are strictly non-returnable unless defective.
TEXAS WARRANTY LAW
In accordance with the Texas Business & Commerce Code and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), both express and implied warranties (merchantability and fitness for purpose) may apply unless specifically and conspicuously disclaimed in writing.
Products and digital services are sold “as is” unless a specific written warranty or SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided in your contract. Where applicable, customers have up to 2 years to bring breach of warranty claims in Texas.
REFUND PROCEDURE
To request a replacement for a defective physical product or report a technical issue with a digital download:

Include your order details, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
Valid claims are processed within 7–14 business days. Claims that do not meet eligibility criteria will be clearly communicated.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy is subject to the laws of the State of Texas and U.S. federal copyright law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Texas jurisdiction and law.
