Refund and Returns Policy for CEYISE STUDIOS®

Overview

Your satisfaction matters to us. This page explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for all physical and digital products and services offered by CEYISE STUDIOS®.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send any product back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through CEYISE STUDIOS®.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

1. Digital/downloadable software or digital products (e-books, courses, digital art)

2. Custom/commissioned artwork and made-to-order physical products

3. Print-on-demand apparel, stationery, and home decor (unless defective or misprinted)

4. Sale, clearance, or promotional items

5. Gift cards

6. Custom digital architecture, branding, or web design services

Client Services, Web Design & Digital Architecture
CEYISE STUDIOS® provides custom digital architecture, CRM implementation, and branding services. Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of these services, all B2B client service contracts are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.


* Deposits and milestone payments secure your place in our production schedule and cover the immediate cost of strategy, software provisioning, and design labor.
* If a project is cancelled by the client prior to completion, Ceyise Studios retains all paid deposits, and the client is responsible for any unbilled labor completed up to the date of cancellation.
* Specific refund or cancellation terms related to custom service builds will be explicitly defined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Refunds: Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

First re-check your bank account or credit card statement

Then contact your bank or credit card company (processing times can vary)

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email [email protected] with photos and details for assistance.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, refunds are sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted as applicable.

Use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase insurance for items over $50; we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Digital & Virtual Products

All digital/downloadable products (PDFs, digital art, templates, courses) are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered/accessed, except in cases of technical failure (in which case contact us within 7 days for resolution).
