CEYISE STUDIOS® provides digital architecture and CRM implementation services to health and wellness practices. In this capacity, Ceyise Studios acts solely as a Business Associate or technology vendor to our clients.
* We do not own, control, or use our clients' patient data for our own purposes.
* Any access to Protected Health Information (PHI) during the setup, migration, or maintenance of a client’s systems is strictly governed by a legally binding Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed between Ceyise Studios and the client.
* Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their own use of the systems we build (e.g., GoHighLevel, intake forms) complies with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.
